Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use. In the end it is all about finding what matches your own habits and lifestyle.

If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. For daily use items I try to balance price, build quality and real user feedback. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. Forums, blogs and communities create a kind of collective memory for shoppers. Footwear is even harder because different brands cut shoes very differently. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. Clear product descriptions save time and reduce the chance of disappointment. When a store shows clear shoulder width, bust, waist and length, it is much easier to choose.
